We have an opening for a fulltime individual/family therapist position with Wilder's School Based Mental Health team. A unique feature that sets the Wilder school based program apart is the cultural specific programing and rites of passage (ROP) events for BIPOC students and their families. Wilder is a first-implementer Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). As part of this innovative model of mental health care, we collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. While we are set up to serve the entire community, we are known nationally for our culturally-specific mental health services. Join a team who brings their diverse identities, cultures, lived experiences and skills to provide mental health and wellness services that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and impactful for the whole family.

When you work at Wilder, you will join a diverse community of passionate individuals who are committed to the Wilder mission and dedicated to serving whole families.

Wilder's workplace diversity strengthens our mission and contributes to our vision of individuals and families thriving in St. Paul and beyond.
