Job description:
Welcome members upon their arrival into the clinic
Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
Request medical records and upload documents into the EMR system
Answer incoming calls/place outbound calls
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a clinical setting
Experience working with EMR systems
