**This is for a 1099 position. This is sales and marketing where you can earn very high commissions. If you are not confident in your ability to succeed in sales or marketing without an hourly base, this position is not for you. We are seeking individuals who want to earn a high income in the solar industry.**

Tired of knocking doors in the Arizona sun or just need a break from the doors until it cools back down? FOR Energy has a unique opportunity for a motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team in a comfortable, air-conditioned setting – inside your local Home Depot!

• No more door-to-door: You'll generate your own qualified leads by educating interested customers who visit our Home Depot Sunnova kiosk.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience selling solar solutions (this is a must for this position but if you don't have sales experience and are proficient at setting appointments you should still apply, we have a spot for you!)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Enjoys building relationships and exceeding customer expectations
• Bonus points: Familiarity with Sunnova's platform, but extensive training will be provided if you know solar but haven't used Sunnova before.
