What You'll Do As a Barista at PERCENT COFFEE, you'll be at the heart of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and their favorite coffee in hand!). Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, making every guest feel valued.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Assisting with stocking supplies and keeping the café running efficiently.
- Learning about our coffee offerings to help customers make informed choices.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re excited to train the right person who shares our love for coffee and people. Here’s what we value:
