Qualified technicians can receive a sign-on bonus up to $10k based on skill level. The role involves servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager, performing work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy according to dealership and factory standards, diagnosing malfunctions and performing repairs, maintaining knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, keeping the shop area neat and clean, road-testing vehicles to ensure quality repair, and adapting to rapidly changing automotive technologies. Desired qualifications include BMW/MINI certification (highly desired but not required), minimum 1+ years dealer-level or large facility experience, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to stay current with technical training and manuals. Holman offers paid mentoring, factory training, ASE certification assistance, flexible schedules, a climate-controlled shop, and a professional management team.
