ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide customers with information on vehicles. Learn the product really well so that you can explain the benefits and features of all vehicles. We will train you, must have some type of customer service experience! There is opportunity to grow your career!
Duties:
- Cold call potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory control and management
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math calculations
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
