Job Description
We are currently seeking applicants to fill an open Automotive Mechanic position at our Seffner location.
This position keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles as well as completing preventative maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicles and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Keep logs of work and report on issues
• Welding / Fabricating
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Background and Experience:
• Valid certification (ASE) (preferred)
• High school diploma or relevant experience
• Proven experience as Mechanic (5-10 years preferred)
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
