Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Construction Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of relevant litigation experience. We encourage those with more or less to apply. This role requires an individual who appreciates attention to detail, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and values long-term client relationships while benefiting from the firm's strong mentorship culture and open-door policy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-caliber legal environment and demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a broad spectrum of construction-related disputes and complex litigation matters.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, present arguments at hearings, attend mediations and assist in trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys for guidance and strategic case development.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering legal counsel tailored to the sophisticated needs of contractors, trades, governmental bodies, and high net-worth individuals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active bar membership in Florida, in good standing.
• 4-7 years of construction litigation and complex litigation experience; candidates with more senior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to manage cases with strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000+, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to billed and collected hours.
• Minimum billing requirement: 1,800 hours annually.
