Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Construction Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of relevant litigation experience. We encourage those with more or less to apply. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate a broad spectrum of construction-related disputes and complex litigation matters.
  • Handle cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct depositions, present arguments at hearings, attend mediations and assist in trials.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys for guidance and strategic case development.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering legal counsel tailored to the sophisticated needs of contractors, trades, governmental bodies, and high net-worth individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active bar membership in Florida, in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of construction litigation and complex litigation experience; candidates with more senior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage cases with strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000+, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus structure tied to billed and collected hours.
  • Minimum billing requirement: 1,800 hours annually.
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% firm contribution after one year of employment.
