Pay Range: $40 - $43/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities: - A day in the life working with our LCP organization:
- Partnership with Commercial Team (50%).
- Assist Category Lead with the coordination of Licensee meetings and follow-ups as well as the creation of product pages for retail pitches.
- Support category lead with forecasting and budget planning.
- Collect and update Licensee Sell-In and Line Sheets as well as maintain licensee lists.
- Collect and coordinate delivery of licensee samples to the marketing and PR teams as needed.
- Consolidate monthly NA LCP updates from the category and franchise teams to share externally with partners.
- Marketing and Brand Support (30%).
- Coordinate Licensee press release approvals through internal teams and support partner marketing initiatives for key collection launches.
- Build brand decks to support new strategic business initiatives and pitch needs.
- Leverage and integrate data analytics to build compelling pitch materials.
- Legal Partnership (20%).
- Assist in drafting Deal Terms, submitting them into the system, and following through on contract status.
- Facilitate Customs Recordable process.
- Process and accurately compile Customs/Shipping Letter requests.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Excellent communication and organizational skills. Highly detail-oriented.
- Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong base of presentation skills paired with creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and passion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (as well as MAC-specific programs).
- College Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field-required.
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a fast-paced matrixed business, sales, or retail environment.
