The Admissions team at the Samuel Curtis Johnson School of Management is charged with attracting, selecting, and matriculating the highest caliber of diverse students in the Two-year Residential MBA program.
Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Scholarship and with minimal supervision, the Assistant Director focuses on reading and interviewing candidates for the Two-year Residential MBA program. The Assistant Director, serving as a member of the Admissions Committee, will evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and recommend admissions decisions.
Additionally, the Assistant Director is responsible for providing insight and guidance on selection and yield, as well as coordinating and assessing admissions criteria to develop an effective recruiting plan. They will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts via event planning, digital initiatives, and alumni engagements intended to cultivate and matriculate the incoming the class.
Frequent travel (domestic and international) is required along with evening and weekend hours.
