Overview of Role: The primary responsibility of this role is managing client's payables and receivables to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate. YFA is looking to fill this position January 05, 2026. Responsibilities: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Ensuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivables Maintain each clients payable list Bank reconciliations Journal entry posting Cash Flow statement preparation Credit Card Download and coding Weekly reporting Other duties, as assigned Maintain and demonstrate overall technical proficiency with all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Successfully pass the YFA Bookkeeping test. 3 years of experience in managing account payables and receivables Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) Sense of urgency Keen eye for details Ability to quickly shift gears without losing focus Experience with AGILLINK is highly recommended, however YFA will train the right candidate. Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary is based on experience.
