The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Responsibilities:securtySupervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client siteManage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and supportEnsure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and propertyBuild, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employeesProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter Working environments and conditions may vary by client site Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelinesMust be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructionsIntermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAbility to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
