Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Alternate Cognizant Security Officer (ACSO) to join our team in Washington Navy Yard, DC.

CLEARANCE

• Active TS/SCI clearance (existing clearance required to start)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

LOCATION

• Washington Navy Yard, DC

OVERVIEW

• Day-to-day management and implementation of the facility's SCI Security Program
• Lead ACSOs and Security Administrator team
• Develop organizational approach to comply with customer mission and vision
• Implement Security Directorate policy at local sites
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Knowledgeable in all security pillars: physical, industrial, information, personnel, and cyber security
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year experience developing, organizing, and administering a security training program
• 3+ years experience with collateral, SCI, and SAP security regulations, with demonstrated experience in:
  • Applying SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines
  • Supervising SCIF operations and maintaining SCIF documentation
  • Administering the SCI Program
  • Handling accountable classified information
  • Conducting or leading security inquiries and drafting final incident reports
  • Maintaining access records within DISS and/or Scattered Castles
  • Certifying, transmitting, and receiving visitor clearances and accesses
  • Conducting indoctrination and termination briefings
  • Conducting annual security self-assessments
  • Reporting derogatory information to the CAF on SCI-indoctrinated personnel
  • Supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) based on approved co-utilization agreements
  • Initiating security clearance investigations on e-QIP
  • Conducting security classification reviews in accordance with guidance
  • Coordinating day-to-day security operations with ISSM/ISSO
  • Creating and conducting an SCI training program
  • Overseeing access control and intrusion detection systems
• 3+ years experience in the Risk Management process
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Working knowledge of ICD 704 and ICD 705

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in management, security, and/or a related field
• Extensive experience using the SIMS applications
• Experience overseeing the operation of a closed-circuit surveillance system
• Experience drafting and overseeing construction security plans
• Working knowledge of CAP/SAP areas and DODM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4
