Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master - T1162836-PHI_11-4658 at Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Our client in Center City Philadelphia is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their team. Position Description:This position would be a hybrid between Scrum Master and Department Support. Working under 2 Agile teams (1 Scrum and 1 Kanban - to end of lifecycle) Coordination and completion of small-scale agile project and overseeing all aspects and agile ceremonies of projects (Scrum and Kanban).Working with Squad leads to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project (in a weekly burnup chart distribution).Providing all support to the team and department necessary using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example. This often includes, but is not limited to: software requests, new team member onboarding/welcoming, software license management, monthly engagement/effort distribution reporting, and team training tracking.
