Financial services company is seeking an Executive Assistant who has experience with calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, schedule meetings. Attention to detail and good judgement along with a willingness to support multiple people are key to this role. You will also be interacting with the CFO and CEO of this organization although not reporting directly to them. Outstanding opportunity!
