Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented organizer to manage day-to-day administration and ensure projects are progressing smoothly at our wallpaper design studio. The ideal candidate is proactive, clear, calm, resourceful, tech-savvy (proficient in Google Workspace, with basic skills in Sheets and Excel, and willing to learn a new CRM), and hands-on. Adobe Suite familiarity is a plus. Responsibilities include managing the inbox and calendar, organizing Google Drive and Dropbox, tracking orders and shipments, maintaining spreadsheets, coordinating with vendors and clients, taking inventory, placing orders, and assisting with light studio tasks (e.g., filing, shipping samples). You will also assist the owner with personal tasks. This position requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.
Schedule: 2-3 on-site days/week.
