Position : Administrative Assistant
Location : Salt Lake City, UT (In person position with hybrid option once fully trained)
Job Type: Full Time; Non-Exempt

QUALIFICATIONS
Summary of Responsibilities:
The performance of in-office duties directly related to the support of general business operations for Global Consulting International’s (GCI) contracted work for our customers. This would include but is not limited to support of Military Medical Treatment Facilities and other government agencies. This is an entry-level position, and we will train the right person!
Experience:
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
· Effective and efficient communication skills, both written and oral
· Strong Interpersonal Skills
· Customer Service oriented/driven
· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
· Government Contracting experience preferred
· Experience with medical credentialing strongly desired
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Approving/rejecting employee time off requests & reporting them to Project Manager
· Approving employee timesheets
· Tracking employee anniversaries, pay increases, and bonuses
· Calculating employee levels of effort
· Assist in medical credentialing packet process
· Perform employment verifications for prospective employees
· Understand and implement a sense of urgency to accomplish internal/external customer satisfaction
· Work closely with all other departments and C-level staff
· Other administrative tasks as assigned
