Premier Hormone Health & Wellness is a nationwide telehealth clinic helping men and women optimize their health through advanced hormone therapy, weight loss programs, peptide therapy, sexual health solutions, and fertility optimization.

We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a proactive, relationship-driven environment, helping patients understand their treatment options, guiding them through their patient experience, and supporting them on their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage current patient account volume from our CRM, providing prompt, personalized follow-up to provide customer satisfaction and patient retention.
• Educate patients on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, and other PHH&W services.
• Proactive coordination of care within a Patient Success-driven model to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions, notes, surveys, and follow-ups.
• Establish trust and rapport with patients through empathetic and professional communication.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers, operations, and support staff to ensure a seamless care experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about hormone health, peptides, and wellness therapies offered by PHH&W.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, patient onboarding, or telehealth customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Twilio, or similar).
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative remote environment.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or medical sales is a plus (but not required).
