At Jencap, you are not one of the many, you are one of us.

• Jencap Success Academy (JSA ) is a two-year, insurance training program that will give the Trainee full development within Delegated Binding Authority and/or Brokerage, depending on the assigned office product offerings, with a focus on production/sales.
• The Academy will encompass both formal coursework and hands on learning and experiences.
• Each Trainee will engage in a formal training experiences and on-the job learning to create better skill/job match for their final career assignment within Jencap upon graduation of JSA.
• Over the two-year program, the Trainee will engage with other Jencap employees for team learning and networking opportunities.
• These events will be held in person and virtually. During the two-year program the Trainee will obtain their P&C license and obtain a professional insurance designation.

Opportunities at any of these locations: Red Bank, NJ, Buffalo, NY and NYC, NY.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business (preferably a bachelor's degree)
